HCL foundation has adopted major slums in Chennai to promote Education andenvironmental support for vulnerable children in the slums of Chennai through Police boysand girls club. This approach involves support from Chennai Police department respective tothe slums. Police boys and girls club aims to prevent dropouts by providing after schoolcoaching and extracurricular activities, promote school community collaboration, to promotechild rights club, to promote skill development for youth, scouting for children and summercamps that involves Sports coaching and sports fest for the children.Our beneficiaries are children, youth & women from 19 communities namely arumbakkam,Kannagi Nagar, MKB Nagar, Chintadripet, Thiru Vi ka Nagar, Thiruvottiyur, Chemmencheryetc
